Tresana’s homeowners association says RowCal agreed to repair tornado damage, then left some work unfinished and demanded extra payment. It also says RowCal recorded excessive claims for payment against 80 townhomes and interfered with replacement contractors. The association asks the court to correct those property claims, stop the interference, and award compensation.
Lori and Lamar Galloway say RowCal’s roof repairs used the wrong materials and led to leaks and damage inside their home. They also say RowCal and their homeowners association did not provide all the repair records they requested. They ask for compensation, access to those records, and a court decision on whether repairs can be made to their home without their permission.
