ROWCAL CASE INDEX
About the archive

Scope & editorial standards

Public records involving RowCal management, construction and maintenance entities nationwide.

Scope & coverage

This edition contains 4 documented court-case entries, 14 court research leads and 3 regulatory records. Edition updated Sep 30, 2026; individual review dates appear with each source and case. It is an incomplete collection. The search log and remaining coverage gaps are public.

Claims against management, construction and maintenance entities are in scope. Related proceedings filed by RowCal, including lien proceedings, are identified by party role. A case naming an HOA is not included solely because RowCal manages it.

Each entity is recorded as the source names it. Similar names do not establish a corporate relationship. An acquired company’s earlier conduct will not be attributed to RowCal without supporting records.

Coverage gaps include county and small-claims dockets, proceedings under other entity names, sealed records and matters not located in public search. “No result” means no matching record in this archive.

Evidence standards

01 / Court publications and filed pleadings

Opinions, orders and official court calendars document particular events. A calendar confirms what was scheduled; an opinion confirms what the court wrote and decided. An actual filed complaint establishes the claims and allegations made by its author. It does not establish the truth of those allegations or the outcome of the case. Missing exhibits and responses are identified.

02 / Docket reproductions

A third-party docket listing can identify a party or filing. The archive labels its publisher and historical coverage. A listing is not a substitute for reading the underlying document.

03 / Research leads

News reports and incomplete case listings point to documents that need to be obtained. They remain in the research queue until court material is obtained and the entry’s assertions can be checked. Search-indexed copies of removed pages retain explicit retrieval limitations; they are not treated as downloaded originals.

Entries separately identify allegations, responses and court findings. Dismissals, defense rulings, appeals and other material outcomes belong in the record. No allegation is adopted as a proven fact.

Dates & case status

Entry reviewed is when this archive examined the listed sources. Latest documented development is the date of the last event supported by those sources.

“Current status not verified” is used when the present docket has not been checked. We do not infer an open case, a settlement, liability or a merits decision from a stale listing, a scheduled conference or a generic case-closed label.

Related appeals and trial proceedings are grouped and their numbers displayed. An appellate ruling is described within the issues it decided.

Corrections & additions

A proposed addition needs the exact case number, court, entity named, party role and a link to a public court record. A correction needs the statement being corrected and a source supporting the change. Remove private contact, account and identification information from material prepared for review.

The research queue lists the documents still needed for each lead.

Case captions may include the names of parties in the cited public records. Home addresses, account identifiers and unrelated personal information are omitted from the archive’s summaries. Original documents remain on the source sites.

Downloads contain the same facts, source references and limitations displayed here. Research leads are exported separately from documented cases.
